Art and Spirit Retreat

Maine stole my heart the first time I visited maybe 45 years ago!  I’ve continued visiting each year since then as often as I can.  Beauty is everywhere you look, There is a reason their license plates say “VACATIONLAND.” I’m overjoyed to have found a comfortable and gorgeous venue RIGHT ON THE OCEAN!  I invite you to join me in mid-coast Maine at a luxury retreat center complete with a chef on site to create our delicious healthy meals.  We will spend our time learning or refining watercolor with walking or swimming breaks.

On site we also have a complete wellness center with a massage bed, a sauna, and an amethyst Biomat if you would like to rejuvenate on the mat and/or book a massage.  There is a fitness room.  You are also welcome to visit and shop at the nearby charming town of Belfast.

Our time together will include walks in the area to photograph possible painting references, painting indoors from photos and/or meditations, a trip to the Wyeth museum, morning meditations to center ourselves and help inspire the creative process, free time for optional shopping in nearby town or taking advantage of the relaxing facilities at Limina.
