 Friday September 3rd at 3 pm - September 7th at 1 pm.

All-Inclusive rates include:
- Lodging for 4 nights.
- 3 meals per night's stay (includes all beverages and snacks)
- daily meditation and movement classes
- access to all of Limina's amenities including sauna and biomat
- access to walking trails and 1,000' of oceanfront
- guided labyrinth and / or forest "bathing" walks as weather permits
- 4-night packages range from $835 - $1315 depending on room chosen

-one spiritual direction session if desired

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your registration 0-6 days prior to the retreat's start: No refund unless extenuating circumstances

If you cancel your registration 7-14 days prior to the retreat's start: 50% of the retreat fee

If you cancel your registration 15-28 days prior to the retreat's start: $200.00 fee
If you cancel your registration 29 or more days prior to the retreat's start: $25.00 fee

Before summer ends, take time for yourself to experience some play and renewal on the coast of Maine.  Several times each year, Limina offers retreats at reduced rates for first responders, caregivers, day care providers, teachers and other school staff, health care workers, therapists, social workers, chaplains, and employees of various religious institutions to experience rest and renewal. The time is unstructured to allow guests to craft the retreats that they need.

 

While at Limina you can:

  • watch the light change over the land and sea,
  • walk in the woods or on the beach,
  • nap,
  • have a massage,
  • read by the fire,
  • do puzzles,
  • play games,
  • write in a journal,
  • go for a hike on nearby trails,
  • color or paint,
  • make music,
  • workout,
  • meet new friends around the fire pit,
  • swim, kayak, paddle board,
  • and much more!

 

 

Together we will create the perfect, personalized retreat so you leave feeling pampered, nourished, and ready to re-engage the fullness of your life. Massage, reiki and other healing arts sessions can be booked for additional fees.
