We understand that the holiday season can be a profoundly difficult time when you are mourning the loss of a child. The traditions, the gatherings, and the shifting seasons can amplify your grief. But you do not have to carry this heavy burden alone.
We invite you to step away from the noise of the world and join us for a deeply restorative 4-Day Retreat, created exclusively for parents navigating the journey of child loss.
This intimate, four-day gathering is designed to be a gentle, loving space where you can rest, reflect, and find moments of peace. Rather than “fixing” your grief, we offer a safe, magical container to honor your love, hold space for your pain, and begin navigating the holiday season with a community that truly understands.

Our Healing Journey Includes:

Guided Forest Bathing: Reconnect with nature’s healing rhythms. Through slow, sensory-based walks under the forest canopy, you will be invited to let go of expectations, ground your mind, and find quiet comfort.
Immersive Sound Journeys: Allow soothing sound frequencies and vibrations to wash over you, releasing emotional tension, calming your nervous system, and restoring a sense of inner harmony.
Art Honoring Your Child: Participate in mindful, expressive art sessions dedicated to celebrating your child’s life and the beautiful, enduring connection you share with them.
Alongside these magical, therapeutic experiences, you will have ample time for quiet reflection, sharing circles with fellow bereaved parents, and nourishing your mind, body, and spirit.
As you tend your broken heart, how would it feel to ...
  • watch the sun rise or set over the land and sea, or …
  • sleep in as late as you’d like … then
  • enjoy your coffee or tea while taking in the seascape … and maybe
  • walk in the woods or on the beach … or possibly
  • get a massage or have some energy work … and definitely
  • a nap!
  • And then perhaps read … or
  • take a meditative walk on the labyrinth … and then
  • write a bit in a journal or color or paint your insights … and if you feel super energetic
  • take a walk or run on local trails … or
  • enjoy stretching in a yoga or tai chi class … and to
  • take a sauna or rest on the biomat before enjoying …
  • delicious, nutricious, lovingly created meals and treats … while
  • meeting new friends, and if the weather permits …
  • sitting by the bonfire as the sun sets,
  • and so much more!
